arrival at Cochin airport the moment you enter the exit hall a deep relief

after breakfast drive to Periyar known for its Elephant and Cardamom Estates.
On arrival check-into the hotel. After lunch visit the tribal villages
around Periyar, which are worth a visit. The tribal people are expert
fishermen and farmers. Some are still engaged in the traditional practice
of collecting honey of dangerous hill bees. They have built interesting
tree dwellings. These dwellings do not signify a perched existence. Quite
the contrary, they are comfortable watchtowers for taking note of any
wild pig or elephant in the area that might ruin the cultivated fields.
Overnight at Periyar Day 06: In Periyar Morning after breakfast enjoy a spice plantation tour. After lunch relax at the hotel. In the evening after dinner with armed guards explore the periyar jungle on an expedition that would thrill you the most. Watching wildlife from close quarters at night in the midst of jungle is an experience, which you would remember for times to come.
