warranty not expressly made herein. In case the user is not satisfied

remedy is to discontinue using this site.
The customer shall agree to indemnify and hold Indian Hotel Reservation, its employees,
affiliates, agents or other partners harmless from any claim or demand,
including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by the customer or any third
party due to or arising out of services used by the customer or the content
or information you submit, post or transmit through the service. The user

Company Liability
Indian Hotel Reservation
shall not be responsible for delays or alterations in the programme or
expenses incurred due to international or domestic flight delays or cancellations,
strike, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems political closures or
disputes.
The costs are indicated for the entire package and there would be no refunds
if any part of the package were not availed.
Terms and conditions for adventure packages:
The booking
of any trip is accepted on the understanding that the customer realises
the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this
kind. Indian Hotel Reservation along with our affiliates and anyone else working
in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident
or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected
with the holiday.
Before the customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by
insurance, which must include the cost of helicopter rescue, medical treatment
and repatriation if necessary.
Indian Hotel Reservation would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising
out of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.
Terms and conditions for hotel reservations:
Confirmation
of hotel reservation is issued irrevocably for the period specified and
guests hold liability for the entire specified period irrespective of
late arrival or early departure at/from the hotel
Entire advance amount shall be forfeited in case of guest cancelling the
reservation or failing to check-in on due date.
In case hotel is unable to provide accommodation, due to any unforseen
circumstances, alternate accommodation or refund will be provided, and
the customer will have no claim against it.
Indian Hotel Reservation shall not be responsible for any change in itinerary or
any problem with the hotel reservation
Indian Hotel Reservation shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the
life or property of the customer during transit to the hotel, either in
their own vehicle or in transportation provided by Indian Hotel Reservation or
during stay at the hotel.
Indian Hotel Reservation provides services as only the booking agent of the hotels
concerned.
Indian Hotel Reservation holds the right to cancel the reservation and refund the
money received. The customer shall not have any claim, whatsoever against
it by reason thereof.
Terms and conditions for transportation services:
Before the
customer embarks on the holiday, he/she must be covered by travel insurance,
which must include the cost for conciliation, accident, health, emergency
evacuation and loss or damage to baggage and personal effects.
Indian Hotel Reservation shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss,
delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason, including
but not limited to, any defect in a vehicle, the acts or default of any
company or person engaging in conveying a passenger, failure to arrive
or depart as per schedule.
The customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the journey and
agrees that no liability will attach to Indian Hotel Reservation, employees
or agents in respect of death or for any loss or damage to property of
the passenger during the course of his journey. International
